• HSL licenses all products by site. A site is a building.
• There are no additional costs or upgrade fees for changes in hardware or software.
• Prices are listed on the web-site and they are non-negotiable. Everyone pays the same price.
• There are no discounts.
• An annual maintenance/renewal fee is required on all products. The fee is 15% of the current license price. Maintenance/renewal fees may increase by a maximum of 10% per year.
• We do not pro-rate maintenance/renewal fees.
• A product may be terminated with 30 days prior written notice.
• If a customer terminates maintenance/renewal, and then decides to resume using the product, the software will need to be re-licensed at the full price.
• HSL will accept a credit card payment for renewal if the amount is less than $2,500. No exceptions!
